Finishing of facade brick tile is carried out after carrying out all preparatory work connected with alignment of walls and ensuring their solidity. Despite distinctive advantages of facing materials with insulating layer, for certain buildings just there is no need to use thermopanels. It belongs to frame houses, combined and panel board buildings where the insulating layer is already provided. This category includes buildings which are created on technology of fixed timbering. For arrangement of system of the ventilated facade it is also inexpedient to use thermopanels. There are also architectural buildings for which heat-insulating works are not provided. The brick not warmed panel is sheet material, strong, resistant to bend, on which ranks of brick tile at certain distance are strongly fixed by means of glue or other technology to create illusion of the real brickwork. Depending on the location of the thermopanel are separated into two groups:
